Yes. The pharmacy is the public-facing extension of the dispensary work that has run inside Baraka Health Centre since 1997. Our pharmacy team is supported by the clinicians serving Baraka, Fanaka and Korogocho. Revenue from pharmacy orders is reinvested into the operations of our community clinics.
Delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Orders within Nairobi and major cities typically arrive within 2–3 days. More remote sub-counties may take up to 5 business days.
Yes. All orders are shipped with Pay on Delivery. You receive the sealed product first, inspect it, and then pay cash to the courier. No upfront payment is required.
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order via email or phone. We'll arrange the return process and issue a full refund once we receive the product back in its original packaging.
